Based on experience plus shift differentials and benefits package!The Licensed Professional Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment in collaboration with multidisciplinary team in a correctional setting.
Duties to include but may not be limited to:
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in the development/review of individualized mental health treatment plans and in the monitoring and treatment of inmates as indicated on the treatment plans-Complete mental health assessments for inmates referred based on intake process, staff referral or offender self-referral -Provide regular follow-up to assigned inmates to monitor current mental status and functioning -Conduct individual and group counseling, and psychoeducational groups for inmates -Inform, coordinate and advise all applicable parties regarding offender discharge or transfer REQUIREMENTS:
-Masters level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field from an accredited educational institution required -Must have P-LPC, LPC, LSW, LMSW, or LMFT license in Idaho -Minimum of two (2) years' experiences with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred APPLY TODAY with an updated resume to be immediately considered!
