Essential Functions We are looking for dynamic Substance Abuse Instructors
Position Summary:
Reports to the Program Manager. Responsible for providing academic instruction and rehabilitative services to offenders in accordance with approved curricula and in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC).

Essential Functions:

1.Conduct classes foroffenders in one of the following subject matters: Cognitive Behavior Intervention- Substance Abuse, Thinking for aChange, Pre-Release, Aggression Replacement Training , or General Education Development test preparation.
2. Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of substanceabuse and other program content.
3. Utilize appropriate audio and visual teaching materials individualized tothe specific need of the offender.
4. Assess offender performance.
5. Participate in staff meetings in anendeavor to develop and improve educational programs.
6. Promote the development of positive social skills through modelingappropriate behaviors and intervening when inappropriate behaviors areobserved; provide regular feedback to staff regarding social skills proceduresand intervention techniques.
7. Maintain accountability of offenders and property; adhere to safetypractices.
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Education and Experience

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years substance
abuse, social work or psychological rehab education and/or experience, or four
(4) years substance abuse, social work or psycho-social rehab experience. Valid
driver's license in the State of Idaho with an acceptable driving record
required, unless waived by management.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
